The site is informational. You agree to use it lawfully and not to disrupt it, access it without authorisation or use its content for unlawful purposes.
Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement with each client. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.

Unless stated otherwise, the content, design, code and trade marks on this website belong to Ex Datis, Claritas, SL or are used under licence. You may view the site and share links to it; reproducing, distributing or modifying its content requires our prior written permission.

- To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal: your consent, given when you tick the box on the contact form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and steps prior to a contract at your request (Article 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the site secure and working: our legitimate interest.
- To send you news, only if you ask for it: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and, afterwards, for the periods the law requires to meet any liabilities.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers that host this site and our email, under data processing agreements. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@exdatisclaritas.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) at aepd.es.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Madrid, without prejudice to the right of consumers to bring proceedings where they live.
